These 3 levels, custom built home is brand new to the Terry Peak area - close to skiing/snowboarding, ATV/snowmobile trails and all the Black Hills has to offer!  Featuring stunning views, expansive deck and patio areas, a fire table and 2 Hot tubs - this will be your perfect home base to rest and relax!

Walk into an inviting, open space with large kitchen, dining and living area with flat screen TV.  Around the corner relax in front of the fireplace or walkout to the deck.  There is a master King bedroom on the main floor with attached bath, laundry room and half bath.  Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 queens and the 2nd with a queen bed and daybed with trundle), full bath, open loft area with a comfy couch for taking a nap or reading a book.  The lower level has 3 more bedrooms (Twin over full bunk bed), (1 Queen bed) and (bunk bed with 3 twins), full bathroom, wet bar for entertaining and a large family room with more comfy seating, flat screen TV and a game table for cards and puzzles.  This will be your perfect home base to relax and unwind after spending time in the Black Hills!

Minutes from the Mickelson trail with miles of hiking/biking trails, 25 minutes to Sturgis, 15 minutes to Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes to Deadwood, 45 minutes to Pactola Lake for ice fishing or boating, and an hour drive to Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park.
