You have access to the car port for parking and 2 spots in front of the garage.  You'll enjoy a spacious, open living, dining and kitchen area with 4 stools at the island, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.  The living room has a large-screen TV, 2 sofas (one is a sleeper sofa) and a reclining chair that will lay down flat.  There's a walk-out to the balcony to enjoy the views and the Black Hills evenings!
