Cape Escape I, Barrier Dunes 67, is conveniently located between the 2 Barrier Dunes Pools, Tennis Courts, Playground & beach! You are a mere 150 STEPS to the BEACH !

LOWER FLOOR:

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with stools, 2nd bedroom, large back deck & a 2nd full bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans. The kitchen also has a portable phone & answering machine.
Dining room: Seating for 4 with an additional 2 stools at the breakfast bar.
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table for playing games, cable TV,  DVD, movies, puzzles & books for all ages.
Large Back Deck: Includes gas grill & table  & chairs.
Second bedroom: Queen size bed with private porch, ceiling fan & cable TV with remote for your convenience.. New mattress July 2019
Bedroom:  You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with two stools, queen bed, large back deck and full bathroom.  Queen bedroom has new mattress July 2019.

UPPER FLOOR:
Oversized Master Suite with king bed (New mattress July 2019), private dedicated porch, walk-in closet, double sinks in dressing area, bathroom with separate shower & garden tub. The master also has cable TV, DVD, ceiling fan, portable phone, and alarm clock.

There is also a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. We also provide laundry soap for your convenience!

Main Living Area – Lower Floor:

Covered parking: Under the unit you will find covered parking for 2 cars. There is also a hot/cold shower and a hose for washing those sandy paws and toes!

Little extras for the beach: For your convenience, we have provided some extras that we hope clears some space in your car!!

We know what it is like not to have what you need when you’re on vacation! We try and provide as many of these extras a possible so you are focused on your vacation, family and fun and not on the basics!

We encourage you to catch your own dinner of scallops in St. Joe bay, crabs off the beach or fish. Bring along some marshmallows to enjoy desert around the beach bonfire! ENJOY THE GOOD LIFE!
