Point of View Condo is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom tastefully appointed property boasting gorgeous distant water views and spectacular sunrises. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and a living room sofa that can be made up into a queen bed, increasing the capacity of this cozy cottage to 6. The front deck offers pond views that are simply serene and the front porch has views straight out to the Atlantic Ocean. A common outdoor area offers circular al fresco tables, a grill, and heated outdoor shower. Point of View guests enjoy a private beach parking pass & complimentary WiFi.
There are two beach parking entrances included with the pass located at Atlantic Avenue and Benson Avenue (near the Pleasant View Inn), and Atlantic and Lawton Avenue (near the Andrea). The property features a heated outdoor shower. I provide linens for the beds and couch. The living area is spacious and bright with cathedral ceilings, large bathroom, hardwood and tile floors, central vacuum, front deck with Adirondack chairs for pond viewing, and back balcony with picnic table to enjoy distant ocean views.
Misquamicut is a very family friendly beach. Other attraction include water slides, kayak and jet ski rental. It's also a great neighborhood for bike riding. Near by Watch Hill with the historic carousel, Taylor Swift's mansion, beautiful Watch Hill Harbor. Downtown Westerly offers many dining options, a few of our favorites are Ella's Fine Food and Drink, Longo's Pizzeria, Bridge Restaurant, and Perks & Corks Coffee and Martini Bar. Historic Newport is a 45 minute ride north and Mystic is 20 minutes south on 95.
