This is a privately owned townhouse located on the corner of Southard and Thomas Streets at the entrance to Truman Annex. It is decorated and designed to be your escape from the stresses of daily life without foregoing the amenities. The ideal we seek is seasonal repeat renters with whom we can establish a long and mutually beneficial relationship over the years. 

You’ll find when you walk through the door that there is an unequaled sense of peace and serenity, an unparalleled coziness, and a warm feeling of magical adventure at the next turn. The master bedroom has a balcony off to the back overlooking the lush garden where you can have your morning coffee or your evening cocktails.

It is situated two short blocks from Duval Street. It is also two blocks from Ft. Zachary Taylor Park where you can spend the day fishing, swimming, barbecuing, walking, and anything else that you can think of doing in the sun.

If you have a vehicle, you’ll find that it’s parked during your entire stay simply because it’s so much more enjoyable to walk around to view the many unusual Key West sights.  Likewise, if you go to nightclubs on Duval or close by, you can walk back without concerning yourself about your alcohol consumption and driving.
