Our units are privately owned and operated. The units are 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos. Screened balcony, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a washer/dryer in each unit are just a few amenities to make you feel more at home.

We can accommodate 6 people per unit. There is parking under the building for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is available on the property.

The space
Marathon Key Beach Club has one of the larger swimming pools in the Florida Keys, shared with Banana Bay Resort. also have a shared hot tub and two shared tennis courts. We are next to Banana Bay which offers boat slip rentals

Marathon Key Beach Club units are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rentals. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a full bathroom with large tile shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Bed and bath linens are provided. There are two televisions in the unit, one is in the master bedroom, the other is in the living room with digital cable and free wireless internet, central air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances - dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. All pots, pans, flatware, and tableware.

Screened porches are just outside the living room and have seating with a table.
In the assigned parking area you also have a locked storage cabinet for items such as snorkel gear, etc.

Marathon Key Beach Club timeshare exchange programs:Interval Internationaland Rci Community we also have horseshoes and bar-bque areas complete with charcoal grills and tiki hut covered picnic tables.

Within walking distance isTilden's Scuba Center, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores..

The resort's office - you may borrow books, board games, puzzles and tennis rackets.
