When entering the home you will find the open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private pool with spillover spa, and the games room on the first floor. The living area has 65-Inch SMART TV, Blu-ray player and view to the pool area. In the patio area, you will enjoy the private pool with spillover spa, sun loungers, table seating for 6, self-closing fence, and access to the bathroom, all with the view of the Country Club Golf Course. The classic arcade games room features a multi-arcade system, a foosball table, PS4, Xbox One, and 40-Inch SMART TV's, this is what you call a gamers paradise.

There are 2 Master Suites located on the first floor with King beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms, the loft area, laundry area, and the home theater. The third and fourth bedrooms have King beds and share a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a King bed which shares a full bathroom with kid's bedroom which has 2 twin beds. Another kids bedroom is found on the second floor featuring 2 twin/twin bunk beds and shares a full bathroom. There is also another bedroom that has 2 full beds.

The second floor has more to offer! The loft features a pool table, seating, and 50-Inch SMART TVs. Let's not forget about the home theater where you can watch your favorite movies in a stadium-style seating for 9 with a 110-Inch projection screen.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
