Welcome to Hickok's Bluff!  This newly built home on Terry Peak will be the perfect spot to call home during your vacation to the Black Hills!  Located 3/4 mile from the main ski lodge and featuring incredible views, a private 6-8 man hot tub, satellite TV, wi-fi and great spaces to spread out, relax and enjoy!

Entering the home, you will find an inviting, spacious main living area, open to the kitchen and dining areas.  The living area has cozy, over-stuffed sofas, flat screen TV, Gas fireplace and of course large picture windows providing natural light and stunning views.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare your groups meals. There's a master suite on the main level with a king bed and attached full bath.  Also on the main level you have a walk-out to the wrap-around deck with seating, a gas grill and a covered area so you can really enjoy this space year-round.

Upstairs is another living space, with more comfy seating and a flat screen TV and a sofa sleeper. In the hallway is a set of built-in bunks. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - 2 with king beds and one with a queen bed. One of the king rooms has an attached bath and there is a 2nd full bath as well.

The lower level offers a 3rd living space.  This area features a heated floor and is packed with fun things to do - including a foosball table, table for playing cards or board games, a leather sectional and TV. There's two more bedrooms on the lower level, both with a queen bed and bunk beds.  You can also walk out onto the covered patio and enjoy the large 6-8 man hot tub and take in the scenery.

Hickok's Bluff has great parking and a 2-stall garage. In the summer, there is over-flow parking for a nightly rate, at the ski lodge.

4-wheel drive is required in winter.
