Our beautiful beach house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 14 guests plus a crib (optional).
The beach is literally down the street and Pompano beach access is just a short 3min walk.
Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans,utensils, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and more, Ready to prepare yummy meals with a large fancy dining area and breakfast bar seating.
75” (oh yes!!) TV in the living room with all the streaming channels you love!
Ready to play? PlayStation 3 with games, ping pong table and a kids play set at our very private fenced back yard.
The Rooms:
1st Bedroom (we call it 'The King') featuring a king size poster bed and a twin size bed + trundle with a private bathroom and soaking tub.
2nd Bedroom ('Family Style') has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with twin over full.
3rd bedroom ('The Queens') has 2 queen size beds and a huge walk in closet.
There is also a single sleeper sofa in the living room.
Large shared bathroom also has a soaking tub.
And for a good night sleep we put luxury memory foam mattresses in all rooms.
Also available a pack and play and a high chair for your tote.
Smart HD TVs are available in all rooms with all you can watch streaming apps.
High Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard.
Washer and Dryer in house.
Outside:
Beautiful huge all around deck with chaise lounge and chairs. Relaxing hammock under the trees.
EXTREMELY PRIVATE Large yard with a fun kids playset and a 5 burner gas grill for great cookouts. Seating area with a fire pit, ping pong table, picnic table and hammocks.
PLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. If everyone are under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property.
'Zula Beach' is our real beach house - not just an investment. We love the beach and we love to host so we bought a beach house in our favorite location and decided to rent it for others to enjoy it while we're not there. We put our hearts into this house to make it beautiful comfortable and fun for every group any time of the year. We are sure you, your family, and friends (even those 4 legged ones) will have a perfect beach vacation.
