The home features brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and mini-split AC units for year-round comfort on both floors. You will love the warm ambience of hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, and a cozy propane fireplace. Beds are equipped with Casper mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep, and there is Starlink internet and smart TVs for entertainment or productivity.

The second-floor office/loft combo features a futon, making it a versatile space for work or extra guests. Gather for games, enjoy your favorite shows, get some work done, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

Outside, the home is surrounded by evergreen trees on a quiet street and has a large deck with seasonal BBQ grill for outdoor enjoyment. Blue Haven also offers parking for trailers and recreational vehicles, making it ideal for adventurers bringing toys along.

It's conveniently located just 0.5 miles from Boulder Creek State Park, 0.25 miles from Lake Cascade on a nice walking path from the front steps of Blue Haven, and a short drive to downtown Donnelly (10 mins), Cascade or McCall (20 mins).

This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. Always keep your furry friend on a leash or in eyesight. There are lots of dogs in neighborhood and some are allowed to roam free.

Guests must park in the driveway. No street parking allowed.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all local ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a digital guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, and local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
