Maple Leaf Retreat is located on the west side of McCall in the Broken Ridge Commons. This pet-friendly three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse offers easy access to Brundage to the North and Tamarack/Jug Mountain to the South. Each floor has one bedroom and one bathroom offering privacy to each guest and plenty of space for your family to relax in comfort. The second floor has the gourmet kitchen and dining that opens up to the living room/entertainment area, well-lit with large windows, and balcony access with a propane BBQ and sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening nightcap to promote a good night's sleep. Comfortably seat five at the dining table and three at the bar. The master suite encompasses the entire third floor.

The nearest Payette Lake beach is located at Rotary Park about 1.5 miles from the townhouse. The oversized one car garage offers space to store skis and other gear. Enjoy included board games, books, toys (Lego), classic DVD's, and a murder mystery party kit. There is also a cooler to use during your stay.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Two spaces for parking only - one vehicle in garage and one in driveway. No room for trailers or toys at this property. No exceptions.

This is a three-story property that does not have an elevator.

This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
