Venice beach and caspersons beaches close by too. A great selection of restaurants and plenty of shopping and convenient grocery stores just 5 minutes away!. Also close to bike trails with two FREE bikes at the house and FREE kayaks too. My home is great for everyone! Pets welcome with pet fee, large fenced yard!

Wonderful fun, family pool home, fir relaxation and making memories! The house has an open layout, is spacious, well maintained, recently remodeled and we've tried to include everything that you might need for your fun filled vacation. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and another room with a double fold out sofa. The living room and kitchen are open and great for enjoying family time. The new gunite swimming pool is fully screened in, with lots of deck area and nice patio furniture. Large garden fully fenced for your privacy.

You will have private access to the swimming pool and whole home, very comfortable with large smart flatscreen tv with Apple TV and Netflix. Our home can sleep up to 7 guests. Two full bathrooms and laundry area with washer and dryer for your use. There are two bicycles, with helmets, pump and bike lock. Also two kayaks, paddles, life vests and. At top carrier! A large screened in lanai and patio with Weber gas grill. The large garden is fully fenced for your privacy!

Well behaved pets are welcome with a pet fee. We request that you vacuum all pet hairs prior to departure and pick up any waste from garden. Some dogs don't shed and others leave hair everywhere. Please check to include dog on your reservation. Let us know what type and size dog. If you would like to have the pool heated please request to have $25 per day of your stay added to your total. There is a Weber gas grill and a propane tank. If you’d like to use it, please fill the propane bottle as needed. We do not take care of that. There is a Stop & Shop convenience store at the end of S. Venice Blvd. where you can exchange the tank if you’d like to use it. We do not refill the tank.
