When you enter the condo, the laundry room with full size washer and dryer is to your left and the stairs to the main level are on your right. Head up the 14 stairs and you'll find an open concept living area with smart flatscreen TV and electric fireplace. The kitchen has all your major appliances and everything you would need for preparing some meals or snacks.

Enjoy a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second and two queens upstairs in the loft. On the main level is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find the half bath.

If you need more space for when your family comes into town, this is the perfect spot!

PRICING:
This property does have a 2-night minimum. Pricing is as follows: $275 per night in-season (May 1 - Oct 31) and $225 per night off-season (Nov 1 - Apr 30). If you stay for 3-5 nights, you get $75 off the rental fee and if you stay for 6 nights, you get $150 off the rental fee. The 7th night is always free, so it's the same price as 6 nights! Please be aware there is a $135 cleaning fee in addition to the rental fee for every reservation. The cost of the rental will be billed to your next quarterly assessment billing.
