There 5 and half modern bathrooms throughout the home. The ensuite master
bathroom has 2 sinks, a toilet, & a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms have
ensuite bathrooms and the hallway off the kitchen has a powder room.

The modern kitchen is located right off the main living areas and features top-of-the-line
stainless-steel appliances, a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods), and a
double island with a spacious breakfast bar. Gourmet oven and cooktop, built-in
microwave, double warming drawers, fully outfitted kitchen with enough pots, pans, and
other cooking utensils to comfortably cook a meal for any sized group. If you know you

will need a certain specialty cookware item, we can confirm whether we have it
available for use before you arrive.
The dining room and breakfast room are right next to the kitchen, with enough seating
to comfortably fit 14 people plus lots of room for outdoor dining! Between the kitchen

multiple shopping centers and restaurants. The Phoenix Mountain Preserve, several top
rated golf courses, and two freeways are all nearby as well. Your'e a 9 minute Uber to
Old town Scottsdale, Kierland or Scottsdale Quarter! Also 8 min to the Phoenix Open!
All our properties include all of the essentials and needs to allow for a comfortable and
enjoyable stay!

amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to
accommodate you. If an amenity not work or fail during your stay, we will do our best to
make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You

- Upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry
into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a
key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart
lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after
you check out.

Before checking into the property, we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify
your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age
minimum is 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'.

- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate. We do not charge for
hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops
due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained
the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside, we have them set for
87 degrees, but as the temps drop so do the pool temps. We do heat them, but the
colder it is outside, the harder it is to hold higher temperatures. It is still heated, but not
in the 80’s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated
October 15th through May 31st for a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the
pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide
to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of
your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.

adults to stay the night, due to Scottsdale rules and regulations

units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the
