Welcome to the Surf & Sand Beach Bungalow. Nestled in a small compound just steps from beautiful WindanSea Beach and an easy walk to local restaurants. This vintage cottage has been completely remodeled with meticulous attention to detail to make your stay comfortable and carefree.

Grab towels and beach chairs and lounge on the beach, walk to La Jolla Cove, or take a short hop to other local attractions like The San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp, or Little Italy. There are hundreds of great pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Or you can grab food at one of the local markets and just relax and eat at home.

This charming, light filled bungalow has a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and a small courtyard with an outdoor shower and BBQ.

The mini-kitchen comes with a stove top, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Please note there is no oven.

Your courtyard has seating so you can eat el fresco or just relax with a good book.

It's a small space design and has its own wi-fi router and 43-inch televisions in both the living room and bedroom.

La Jolla is another San Diego neighborhood exuding a Mediterranean village atmosphere. La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving. Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego. To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February. Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

This home is not equipped with Forced Air or Heat. You will be provided space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.

Please respect your surrounding neighbors. This unit sits in a shared space, there are 2 other units on property, so you have neighbors very close by. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.
