At Ocean Beach you can enjoy an eclectic group of people, shops, restaurants, bars, antique stores, or just sit back and watch the surfers catch waves at the OB pier. Stroll down to Sunset Cliffs and enjoy enchanting views where you might even be lucky enough to see passing Whales!

Families can enjoy our close proximity to Sea World, which is only a 5 minute drive. If you want to catch some of the San Diego nightlife, the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego features hundreds of dining and entertainment options. The Gaslamp district is a 7-10 minute drive from Ocean Beach.

PETS CONSIDERED

2 dogs may be allowed if the pets have been approved by Management and nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. Fee will be added to reservation after booking. To be considered for approval, Pet must be kenneled when unsupervised and dogs must not bark excessively.

Pet fee is $40/Night and for longer stays we can do a flat rate.. Inquire about our flat rates.

Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

This is a NON-SMOKING home - no smoking inside or outside the home (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this property (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning, however you will find ceiling fans throughout the home.

Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

There will be a $40/Night fee if brining a Pet.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
