Our townhouse is flanked on one side by the golf course connected to La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and on the other side by Avenida de la Playa.
Walk to the shops, restaurants and beach, it just doesn't get any better than that.
La Jolla Shores beach offers a beautiful sandy beach with shallow waters and generally gentle waves. This is the perfect beach for families, for aspiring young surfers, kayaking, paddle boards, boogie boarding, snorkeling or just building sandcastles.
Our townhouse is located behind a private entrance and upon climbing up the entry way steps you will be welcomed by the colorful Mexican tiles and the green velvety lawns of the golf course beyond.
There is parking available for 2 cars in the underground garage – a luxury not often found in La Jolla Shores.
The Primary bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twins.
There is a short staircase leading down to both bedrooms.
The Primary bedroom has an ensuite with tub/shower combo and very large walk-in closet.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
There is also a staircase that leads you to the top floor which is where you have the living room, dining area and an extra sofa that is a king size sofa sleeper.
There is a large screen TV in the living room and of course, the townhouse comes with Wifi and Cable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is also a propane bbq on the patio that overlooks some of the restaurants and shops.
A large size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
This is truly a home away from home and somewhere you will want to return to again and again.

This home does allows pets. 1 pet (45lbs. or less)
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. This fee is "Per Pet"... it will be charged for each pet you bring.
There is parking for 2 cars in the private undergroundgarage. Street parking can be limited due to the location.
You must be a minimum of 25 years or older to book.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. All our homes are equipped with noise decibel monitors to ensure a quiet home for you and our surrounding neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
