As you go further into the home you find a hallway to your left leading to your large sized laundry room as well as the first guest bedroom equipped with a king size bed. Across the hall from the laundry room is a full sized bathroom with a walk in shower providing a private space for the guest utilizing this bedroom. Venture back to the entry way and make your way over the open living room and kitchen area that provides a perfect space for families to meet for meals and entertainment. The modern style kitchen is equipped with all the dishes and utensils you will need as well as your basic cooking appliances for meals around the holidays. The 6 burner gas stove is in high demand for those who enjoy cooking with gas instead of electric and just off the kitchen is an expanded dining area looking out to the gorgeous backyard. Just off the living area is the oversized master bedroom equipped with a king sized bed, a large TV, a private walkout the the backyard and an en-suite bathroom equipped with double sinks, a large walk in shower, as well as a spacious tub for those looking to relax after those long days. If you venture down the hallway just off the kitchen you will find 3 addition bedrooms, one of which has a king sized bed and the other two have full sized beds. Across the hall from all three is the large bathroom equipped with double sinks to ensure plenty of space to get ready for all guests. The inside of the home is perfect for families or couples sharing a space as the split floor plan provides ultimately 3 separate spaces throughout the house where sleeping areas can be found. That being said, the backyard is ultimately the highlight of this luxurious home!

The resort style backyard is equipped with everything you need for fun in the sun while visiting us here in sunny AZ. The sparkling pool can be heated during the winter and the spa provides a great place to relax with family or friends. The outdoor dining area is covered to provide plenty of shade while those looking for sun can lay out by the pool or play games on the lawn off to the side. The area of Chandler also provides many options for dining and entertainment as well as plenty of golf courses and other public sport related amenities you can utilize. Venture off for one of the many nearby hikes or take it easy and relax at one of the nearby spa's. Whatever you are looking to do, the area of Chandler can provide it and there is no better home then this one to provide you a perfect place to retreat to.

Ocotillo is a GOLFERS PARADISE. The 27 hole Ocotillo Golf Club, pro shop and restaurants are right around the corner. This fantastic resort is owned by Phil Mickelson and offers rolling hills and tree-lined fairways that is a great alternative to the typical desert courses in the area. The amenities and facilities are awesome and compare to many of the private clubs in the area. Ocotillo is recognized as one of the finest daily fee facilities in the country and routinely receives 4-star ratings from Golf Digest's annual guide. It was also voted as one of the “Three Must Play” courses in the area including Troon North and the Boulders...pretty good company!

SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
