There is parking for 5 cars. If you have more than one boat please ask in advance to get owner approval at the time of booking. If you have a boat trailer, you will have to find off-site parking while staying at this home. Please also note that the kayaks shown in main photo do not come with the rental.

There are window A/C's in the upstairs bedrooms and in one of three bedrooms on the main level only. The lower level is below-grade and stays cool.

A small dog may be allowed, depending on size and breed, and with a $175 pet fee. Be sure to ask about bringing your dog when talking with our reservation agents.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $105 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
