A 10-block bicycle ride leads you to the quaint local shops and restaurants of downtown Folly Beach, bicycle rental is easy on Folly and they will deliver to the home as well as golf carts and surf/paddle boards. Folly Beach is only a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston and also Charleston is very good with UBER and Lyft. Please note, house is on a double lot and shares a double driveway with another rental.
Please keep in mind that Folly is a conservation minded island and every house is on a septic system. There is an awesome outdoor shower available that helps minimize the impact on the system. Also nothing other than toilet paper, and well, the obvious, can be flushed down the toilets.
PETS: This home is Pet 'Friendly." Please help us keep it that way by not allowing your pets on the beds or furniture.
There is a maximum of two medium sized dogs (50 pds.). or 3 small dogs (25 pds. or less).
There is a non-refundable $75 pet fee. You have to check the box for pets (it is located in the section with number of guests).
