Water Access Home Sleeps 8 and Short Walk to Far Echo Harbor Beach

This charming vacation rental home is a short walk (approximately 0.3 miles) to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Lake Winnipesaukee. The Far Echo Harbor Association Beach has a fantastic gradual sandy entry into the water, sunny southern exposure, and long views all the way across the lake to the Belknap Mountains.

The home itself will be perfect for your vacation. Enjoy a morning coffee on the back deck or grill some amazing food in the evening after a relaxing day at the beach. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed and an ensuite bath with stand-up shower. There is also a full bath on the main floor that can be shared by the rest of the group. Tucked into the front of the house on the first floor is an additional sleeping space that has a full size Murphy bed behind sliding farm doors - you'd never know it was there!

Upstairs, there is a loft hangout space with a queen sleep sofa, as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over queen) and second twin bed. This home has everything you'll need to have a great vacation including central A/C, Wi-Fi, and three TVs with Roku streaming sticks that guests can use to login to streaming apps with their own credentials Come enjoy everything Far Echo has to victims!

Fresh Linens may be rented, the fee is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

Any kayaks, paddleboards, boats in the photos are NOT included in the rental, including the kayak and paddleboard at the house. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
