This well-maintained Lake Winnipesaukee home offers easy canal boating access to the open waters of the lake and is just a short drive from the Town of Center Harbor. Located at the very end of the cul de sac, this great home offers a rolling lawn down to the canal where you can hop in your boat and enjoy all that Winnipesaukee has to offer. The dock will accommodate your boat up to 21 feet in length. Relax in a lounge chair on the deck and catch up on your reading or enjoy your meals on the screen porch while gazing down to the water and out to the hills beyond. The screen porch also boasts a seating area for after dinner relaxation and conversation. Inside you'll find the charming open living area with a pretty field-stone fireplace (sorry, the fireplace is off limits and cannot be used), a seating area for relaxing and the kitchen. Off the living area is the TV room complete with comfy seating and a smart TV for use with your own streaming services. There are no cable or satellite TV services at this property. The main floor also hosts the master bedroom with king bed, French doors out to the screen porch and access to the full bath and laundry room. Down to the lower level is where you'll find two more bedrooms and another full bath. The downstairs TV and the TV in the master bedroom are for use with a DVD player only. Please note: This home is located on a canal, and while it offers quick access to the big lake for boating, the waterfront offers a pond-like setting which may not be ideal for swimming.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
