AC Units: The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have a Minisplit. There is one large Minisplit for the family room/dining area/kitchen. There are no AC’s in the 2 main floor bedrooms, but there are transfer fans that move air from the family room to the bedrooms. There is one window unit in the lower level.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $165 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
