Affordable 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Cottage just 3 minutes from the beach! Beach is 2 blocks away, less than 200 steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Good surf break at 10th East. and also close to The Washout - South Carolina's best / most consistent surf break.A 10-block bicycle ride leads you to the quaint local shops and restaurants of downtown Folly Beach, bicycle rental is easy on Folly and they will deliver to the home as well as golf carts and surf/paddle boards. Folly Beach is only a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston and also Charleston is very good with UBER and Lyft. Please note, house is on a double lot and shares a double driveway with another rental. The home has a max occupancy of 5, there is a King bed in the master, a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a very comfy couch that a 5th person could sleep on.
