Classic, old fashioned waterfront camp on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH

Gather your family for a great vacation at this charming 4 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath camp resting on 150 feet of Winnipesaukee shorefront. Relax on the enclosed porch and take in the breathtaking views down the lake to the mountains in the distance or challenge the family to a lawn game (horse-shoes perhaps on the clay pits or maybe a game of croquet). Paddle the shore or catch dinner with the row boat, kayak or canoe! 3/4 bath upstairs and 1/2 bath on the main level. Knotty pine paneling and pine floors will take you back to years gone by yet this property offers many "creature comforts": wireless internet, cable t.v. The fireplace in the living room is off limits and can not be used. The dock will accommodate one boat up to 24 feet long. This property has a natural shorefront and access into the water is by steps down to the sand-bottomed frontage. There is also a ladder on the dock. Don't forget the marshmallows and chocolate bars for your nightly s'mores at the fire pit by the water! And, as if this wasn't enough to entice you - you may bring your best friend (dog, that is) depending on the size and kind and with the owners prior approval and $175 pet fee. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
