The pool area is on the South/Gulf side of the building so you are right at the beach access boardwalk when enjoying the pool and hot tub. Another plus to this is you can see the pool/hot tub area from your keep in mind this TOP FLOOR unit is 6 stories up! This helps eliminate noises coming from the pool making their way to you while you're enjoying the gorgeous sunset from your own private balcony.
