The remodel includes major upgrades to flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms, paint & landscape as well all new furnishings. The home is available for rent starting July 1st for 3-night minimums. It is a short 5-minute walk to the beach and also an easy 15-minute walk to Center St on Folly Beach which is where all the shops and restaurants are. Another great thing about this home is that it is only 2 blocks away from a nice park that has tennis courts, a dog park and an awesome playground for kids. Please note this house has Smart, Roku, TV's that you can sink your Netflix or other accounts to and good internet speed but DOES NOT have cable.
PETS: This home is Pet 'Friendly." However, you must bring a crate and have animals crated when you are out. Three smaller dogs (25 pds. or less) or 2 medium size dogs (50 pds.) is the limit. No pets in bedrooms or on furniture. Please keep them leashed at all times.
There is a non-refundable $75 pet fee. You have to check the box for pets (it is located in the section with number of guests).
