Coastal living at it's finest, this nautical single family vacation home located in the heart of Marco Island on the water. The cathedral ceilings and large windows throughout the home will give you an open airy feeling with plenty of natural light. Over 3.000 sq ft of luxury living both inside and out with a magnificent south western exposure.
The house design is nautically inspired and features plantation shutters, sailboat decor and pier lighting. Explore the island on one of the four bikes or adventure out and rent a jet ski discovering our famous beaches, waterways and 10,000 islands. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook but Marco's dining options are limitless. Indulge on your vacation in one of our chaise lounges on the sun filled lanai and enjoy your evenings gazing at the crimson sunsets that bounce off the canal. Watch the palm trees sway while listening to your favorite music via the bluetooth sound system. The lanai boasts a beautiful private swimming pool with spa and waterfall with plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine. Also, on the lanai you'll find a dining table that accommodates eight, giving space to gather around for sunset meals. Outside of the screened lanai is an open deck furnished with chaise lounges perfect for sunbathing and stargazing! There is also an outdoor TV, and an outdoor living room. The Weber gas grill compliments every outdoor grilling enthusiast. The family room is next to the kitchen which is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar and four barstools to allow others to visit while the gourmet in you comes to life. It also opens to the living room and has views to the water. The breakfast area has a four top table perfect for a game of cards and the formal dining room has seating for eight. The master suite has a luxurious California king bed, walk in closet and a 42" TV. For those that must work whilst on vacation, there is a large desk and printer available. The en-suite master bathroom has a large soaker tub with a separate frameless glass shower. It also has a dual sink vanity.
There are three other guest bedrooms, the first with a king bed and 42"TV, the second has a queen bed and a 32"TV and the third guest bedroom has a set of twins that can convert into a king if need be with a memory foam mattress topper. There is a 32" TV in this bedroom as well.
Amenities include two cribs, playpen, toys, highchair, child bedrails for the twin beds and an infant play saucer activity center, For the beach there is a beach tent umbrella and beach chairs, cooler on wheels and one beach umbrella.
