This U-shaped house is perfect for 2 families each taking one side, or perfect to allow the kids to have one end and adults on the other. Two bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms.
The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and shares a double sink bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has bunk beds with a queen bed on bottom, twin XL on top and a twin trundle bed. This house is fun. There is an outdoor ping pong table by the pool and hot tub, along with a fire pit dining table to enjoy late nights out by the water. During the day, there are 4 Italian made lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and a hammock for 2 in the shade to catch a nap or curl up with a book. There is a basketball hoop, bags game, and every board game, card game, and puzzle you can imagine for family fun nights. Five bicycles are available and a cooler with wheels for the short ride to the beach for a day of fun. The family room boasts a large, plush sectional and the living room is set up for quiet time with a comfy sofa and swivel chairs to enjoy a game of chess or tic-tac-toe set up on the tables. The chefs kitchen has everything you will want from a waffle maker, panini maker, and pizza pan for the outdoor grill, to a milkshake maker and mixed drink shaker. The breakfast bar has four oversized barstools and the kitchen is big enough for everyone. The kitchen and dining room tables both have seating for 8. There is a smart tv in every bedroom to watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, including a 65 inch tv in the bunk bed room with a gaming console, and an 85 inch smart tv in the family room with a wii and all the fun games like Wii Sports and Mario Kart. Owner requires 14 day rental June-September
