Casa Highland is a single story (no stairs) home located on the ridge in Fountain Hills, bordering Scottsdale. High ceilings and tasteful décor make you feel right at home. You will find 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The Master offers a King bed w/ SMART TV, huge attached bathroom with soaker tub and walk in shower. The 2nd guest suite has a Queen bed w/ SMART TV and attached bath featuring a tub/shower combo. The 3rd and final guest bedroom has a Queen bed w/ SMART TV. It has a detached full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The great room has a large open kitchen with bar, eat in kitchen, large family room w/ SMART TV and natural gas fireplace.
Out back is the entertainers paradise with MANY seating and dining options, a bar area, BBQ, natural gas fireplace to cozy up to and optional heated pool***! Relax and take in some mountain views spaces...
