This is great vacation rental that is pristine and neat and centrally located between the Spreckels Park complex and the downtown of Coronado Village. Easy bike ride to the beaches or the Coronado Ferry Landing. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Enclosed front patio with BQ grill and firepit and seating for six. Two separate bedroom suites (one with king and the other with two twins) with very comfortable family room and modern kitchen. Full-size laundry units, A/C and an off-street alley access parking spot. Beach equipment, including 4 cruiser bicycles. Available only for August and September 2024 and for February 2025.
