Walk around the beautiful community! Its always quiet with plenty of space to walk around. A short walk to the communal pool next to the unit. Lots of docks on the water to enjoy as well. Watch all the boats pull into the docks! Come during 4rth of July and you can see all the Ocean City Fireworks that happen all over the city from this community!

Steps away from the outlets and amazing restaurants. Take a drive down Sunset Ave and Golf Course Rd and check out the large fishing marina with great restaurants right on the water! Entertainment includes miniature golf, go carts, and small children rides, beach bounce, boat and jet ski rentals, small private beach (called stinky beach) very close to house. Right beside route 50 bridge, so a quick drive to the beach. Only a 15 minute ride to the main tourist attraction, Assateague Island National Seashore.
