The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, with a large family room, living room, dining room, den/office, a deluxe kitchen, a charming outside dining terrace, pool deck, lounge chairs and a heated private pool. Pool heat is optional. The king bedded master suite with its own full bathroom features lovely french doors opening towards the pool. The house also features a separate laundry room (accessible with a covered awning). This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.
