This beautifully updated mediterranean revival style home is situated on a quite street street in the Southend of West Palm Beach. The property interiors have been meticulously restored and furnished with very high end furnishings. The home features an impressive living/dining area which open towards a terrace where covered, outdoor dining is also possible with views to the pool. Each of the 4 bedroom feature ensuite bathrooms.

 

The primary suite has a king bed, 2 more bedrooms also have king beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. The modern eat-in kitchen opens to both the formal dinign room as well as the outside terrace. The pool deck is private, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and features an outside seating area as well as lounges for sunbathing. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.
