50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Also Note
Cancel at least 60 days before check in will receive full refund IF owner can rebook those specific dates. Otherwise 50% will be charged.
I will require a cancellation for any parties. If violated I will keep $1500 security deposit. Cancellation means you must leave immediately.
Maximum amount of people at the house, patio or beachfront not to exceed 10 ppl. Any other requests need to be pre-approved by owner.
