Living room opens up to patio with a small grassy area. Great for small children, no balconies to worry about. You can head right out to the beach or pool from the patio. Master suite hosts a king size bed, sliding glass doors to the patio, large walk in closet and extra large bath and dressing area. His and Hers vanities, large soaking tub and separate stand in glass and tile shower. Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed with large closet, 19" TV, DVD player, Third bedroom hosts a built in bunk area with two twin beds, overhead lighting, 19" TV and DVD player. This room is decorated in a nautical décor. The kids will just love it!! Second full bath located near these two bedrooms.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
