Beach Haven has been completely updated and remodeled with new paint and laminate flooring, and granite countertops. New mattresses throughout. This is a very unique property. Big enough for two families or one large family. This is a unique property with two entrances from the front and rear area to the pool. Groups can hang out together or have a little privacy for multi-family gatherings. This property includes: Two fully stocked kitchens, two living/dining areas with large floor space to spread out, two full size washer and dryers, 4 full bathrooms with shower and tubs, and 2.5 baths on each side upstairs. This property is great for large groups. There are 4 Bedrooms total. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks beds. Upstairs on each side there is a queen pull out sleeper sofa for extra guests. This unit comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Enjoy 6 Smart TV's, U-tube television, and streaming services available when you can sign with your personal favorites.
Ground floor entrance, park right at your front door and you are home. Enough parking for 4 cars. Front porch with hoses to wash off from your day at the beach. In the back yard you have your own private pool area with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Gas Grill right outside your back door. Fenced in back yard. Side area for kids or pets to play in. Pool is fenced in so you do not need to worry about the little ones.

Baby Gear: Property has two full size high chairs, 2 porta cribs, safety gates at the top of the stairs, and 2 gates you can use at the bottom of the stairs.

Pet friendly property! Dogs only, no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
November- February we offer discounted monthly rates. Please contact us directly if you are interested in renting for more than 30 days during these months.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
