The first floor hosts a open living room, dining room and kitchen so you can enjoy the family while you cook your catch or settle for the evening! Completing the first floor is a half bath and a PRIVATE Master with a Comfy King Sized Bed. Off the Master is a the Private Bath which hosts a Spa stand up shower and double vanities! The back deck on first floor offers a NEW Propane Grill, tons of seating, sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and 2 baths and an open loft for entertainment or for extra sleeping quarters (2 fold down futons). Most all the rooms have windows galore which take advantage of the awesome views over the Sand Dunes, Santa Rosa Sound, the Gulf of Mexico and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. There are two TV viewing areas (living room and futon room upstairs). Each have a 42 inch HD TV with DVD player. The master bedroom also has a 42 inch TV!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
