Gulf front condo with a great location! The views from this corner unit are spectacular! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 8. The large spacious open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen are perfect for relaxing and preparing meals. The living area has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches and a pulled out queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, and a full size private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with TV. There are a set of bunks beds in the hallway for the little ones to enjoy.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed, along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
