These bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo which provides great privacy for guests. Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen with a counter bar, dining area with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico, large living area with a sleeper sofa, and a large 70" TV. Enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoons while watching dolphins play in the sunset. Full size washer and dryer in unit and laundry room with plenty of storage.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed, along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
