You will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Close to all area attractions, restaurants, and Destin.

The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind.
This property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Guests will be asked to depart the unit immediately if any animals are reported on the premises.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed, along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.  Pontoon Boat
This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of 27 units and only three stories high. The complex has a large communal pool with lots of lounging space to watch the kids play!! Barbecue area next to the pool. Literally only steps to the beach from your back patio!!!
