Wake up to the sounds of waves in this ground floor unit. Feel the warm sun and the white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. This condo is great for families with small children or couples. There are no stairs, elevators, or balconies to worry about. There is a grassy area right off the back patio that allows you to relax while sitting right next to the sand dunes.
The master bedroom hosts a brand new King Jamison Turnberry double pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV, black out curtains, and a private half bath. The living area includes two queen size sleeper sofas for extra guests, and a large flat screen TV/DVD player. This is one of the few units at Island Sands that sleeps six people. You will love the full size kitchen with a large counter bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with: Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and oven. The unit is supplied with plenty of nice linens, extra pillows, a large capacity stacked washer and dryer, and an ironing board. Wireless internet included.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed, along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of 27 units and only three stories high. The complex has a large communal pool with lots of lounging space to watch the kids play!! Barbecue area next to the pool. Literally only steps to the beach from your back patio!!!
