This spectacular 10,000+ sq. ft. family retreat is nestled on 8 majestic acres in Park City's most exclusive development, The Colony. This is an exclusive gated ski-in ski-out community situated on more than 4500 acres of pristine mountain scape with private access to the Canyons side of Park City Mountain Resort. The setting lends itself to year-round activities. Spend a week skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or relaxing and hiking in the summer. Tiger Tracks sits right on the Harmony ski slope, then it's a quick easy ski to to the nearest chairlifts - Tombstone and Timberline. In the Summer, the property grounds and nearby trails provide endless hours of hiking and exploring.

THE MAIN LEVEL » The floor-to-ceiling panoramic view from the vaulted Great Room is truly magnificent. Ample seating and an oversized real "wood-burning" fireplace create a comfortable and inviting space to gather with friends and family for meals and social time. Recent upgrades include the latest in A/V technology including wireless SONOS. The Gourmet Kitchen, encircled by a casual dining area, a more formal dining room and a breakfast bar, collectively seats 22 for meals. Additional outdoor dining on the covered deck is ideal for a party of 10. The first of two beautifully appointed Master Bedrooms is located on the main level offering a gas fireplace and a luxurious spa bath. Across from the master is the first of two Kid's Suites (sleeps 5) complete with a separate parlor room providing private space for younger kids to gather on their own or separate bedding for a single adult or caregiver.

THE LOWER LEVEL » This area is a family entertainment haven, sure to excite children and adults alike. The living area is the perfect spot to cozy up for a movie on the 60" tv with surround sound and a wood-burning fireplace. The entertainment area features a full-size air hockey table and full-length shuffleboard table. The lower level gives access to the indoor sauna and the large in-ground outdoor hot tub. The lower level mudroom serves as the ski-in ski-out area with ample ski storage and easy access to the slopes. There are two bedrooms on the lower level including a full and the second kids' suite with double bunks.

THE UPPER LEVEL » Includes an open loft that overlooks the great room. The second king master is adjacent to a lofted office/study and a private nursery with a full-size baby bed and twin bed for a toddler or caregiver. The family suite, ideal for a family of 3 or 2-3 adults, is complete with a queen bed, twin bed and separate seating area.

FULL SERVICE SUITE » The full service suite occupies one wing of the home and is available to groups of more than 18 guests, additional fee may apply. The suite is complete with a full kitchen, living space, gas fireplace, dining table for 4, full bath and separate bedroom that sleeps up to 5 people. This wing is not separate from the home and is not available for individual rentals.
