Welcome to Sunny SW Florida and one of our newest additions. Villa Athens is located in SE Cape Coral on a Freshwater Canal with a phenomenal view down the full lenghth of the canal. This home features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, a 2 Car Garage and a solar heated pool with lots of patio space under the roof. The perfect split floorplan allows for privacy from the kids if needed and also features a Living and Family room. High Speed Internet and Cable TV are included and also give the option of a DVR to record your favorite shows. The home is furnished in a Florida style so that you can feel right at home when arriving at Villa Athens. The brand new remodeled kitchen is perfect for any homecook and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is located near shopping with Target and Publix just 5 minutes away along with a few restaurants.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $35/week or $140/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.14/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 2 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
