This tastefully furnished home, located near shopping plaza at the Lotus Canal, features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the Master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The living room is equipped with a big screen TV and home entertainment center with surround system. There is also a TV in the guest bedroom. It has a wonderful pool area with a flat panel TV, electric heated pool and BBQ. The home is equipped with high speed internet and Wi-Fi and has everything you need and more to enjoy your vacation or have a pleasant business trip.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
