Parker Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom gem in SW Cape Coral close to shopping and in Cape Corals most sought after area. Although an off-water property this home will make you enjoy your vacation in an upscale home with new modern furnishings. The bedrooms consist of Master Bedroom with a King sized bed, TV and a bathroom adjacent with beautiful walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms include 2 full size beds in each room which could allow a large family up to 10 persons as long as you have children that don't mind sharing a bed. In this case each guest bedroom could sleep up to 4 children. One of the guest bedrooms has a TV and both rooms share a large guest bathroom with shower tub. The home also features a den with futon bed and it's own TV. Wireless Internet is available free of charge. The pool area has a large space for sun lounging or to accommodate your family and friends for a nice BBQ with the supplied gas grill. The pool is electric heated and can be adjusted to your likings.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
