All bedrooms but 1 have televisions and a large Flatscreen is located in the living room. Kitchen and bathrooms are all upgraded with granite counters and high end cabinetry. Come and relax at this upscale beauty with an electric heated pool. The patio features a built in BBQ Grill and TV outside so that you can enjoy your favorite sports whilst sitting under the florida sun. Shopping and some of Cape Corals prime locations are only minutes away from this home.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.
