One of our first class homes, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, electric heated pool and jacuzzi tub, beautiful furnished. In addition there is a wireless computer connection, so you can bring your internet phone, wireless computer or PDA. The house was recently partially refurbished and updated, check out our many pictures of this home. The home now features a beautiful fireplace. It has big screen TV`s in most rooms with HD programming. The boat dock with Tiki Hut allows relaxing right by the water. Enjoy the patio and BBQ with friends over a terrific view of the canal and the Pool and Spa. To explore the neighborhood you may use the 3 supplied bicycles or the 2 supplied Kayaks and life vests.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
