Beautifully Designed 2BR / 2BA Naples Treviso Bay Condo

This condominium is tastefully furnished and has been designed to the highest standard using all new items. The stunning view from the condo over the adjoining lake to Rookery Bay Preserve makes watching the wildlife an added bonus. The Arthur Hills designed 18 holes TPC-Championship golf course is less than a 5 minutes drive.

Treviso Bay is a great community with everything Resort Lifestyle has to offer. With all the sports and other activities and 2 full-service restaurants and a full bar, you'll find no reason to ever leave the resort.

This condo has full social membership benefits (use of tennis, resort-style swimming pool w/hot tub and kiddie pool, spa, fitness center, pickleball) and allows the renter the ability to also play golf on the TPC course at seasonal guest pricing. The Treviso Bay complex offers more than 1,400 acres of property with miles of hiking, jogging, walking, and biking trails and includes assigned covered parking. The satellite pool and barbeque grill alcove are directly across the street from this unit and fully equipped with a Green Egg and additional gas grill.

Inside the community, you can use the provided bikes. Otherwise, a car is necessary. The next Publix supermarket is about one mile from US41.

NOTE: SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP DEPENDS ON THE LENGTH OF THE STAY IT IS $400 FOR 1 MONTH AND $500 FOR 2 MONTHS UP TO $800 FOR 6 MONTHS.
