The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need for an extended stay. Enjoy a stunning ocean view while sipping a cup of Kona coffee in the morning or a pauhana in the afternoon. Let the soothing sound of the sea lull you to sleep. An elevator conveniently connects the ground floor to the unit. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video chatting or Zoom meetings, making it an ideal choice for remote workers. This is a minimum 30-day rental.

Kona by the Sea is an absolute oceanfront property and features a large freshwater swimming pool with a generous sunbathing area. Additionally, there's the Historic Alii Saltwater Pool, conveniently located right on the waterfront. Onsite amenities include a spa and a barbeque area.

This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for guests' use. While some snorkel gear may have been left by previous guests, we don't provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the fun, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.
